The Democratic National Committee has drifted from working families toward elite priorities and expanding bureaucracy that too often leaves ordinary citizens without recourse. The Republican National Committee, despite constitutional rhetoric, has repeatedly failed to deliver durable mechanisms for justice when institutions falter.
Both produce repetition without resolution—hearings, stalled legislation, and court backlogs that trap victims and witnesses in cycles of trauma and uncertainty.
The American Justice Party is the necessary third-party response: principle-driven, built to win, focused on tangible remedy, reliable relief, professional service, clear process, consistent repetition of effective procedures, and deep systemic knowledge of how government fails—and how to fix it.
Integrity, decency, and honesty are the non-negotiable floor. Speak directly about failures. Implement solutions rather than manage narratives. Prioritize people who have exhausted every channel, including Congress and the courts.

Victims and witnesses know the pattern: Congress fails to reform, agencies stonewall or claim jurisdiction, and even sympathetic courts move too slowly—or lack tools to enforce practical outcomes. Repeated interviews, lost documents, contradictory instructions, closed doors: trauma as process.
This candidacy is built on operational knowledge of constitutional structure, statutory frameworks, agency operations, and real-world case failure points—not abstract ideology.
National Victim and Witness Relief Office
Advance and implement a National Victim and Witness Relief Office with authority to activate when standard channels are exhausted:
- Single point of contact per case
- Mandatory status-update timelines
- Cross-jurisdiction coordination
- Petitions for expedited review or administrative relief when delay is manifest
Service continuous and professional. Process standardized yet adaptable, with published metrics and independent review. Relief that includes compensation, medical care, counseling, relocation, lost-wage support, and protection from retaliation—designed around people, not institutional convenience.
When the Judicial branch itself fails through backlog or rigidity, champion legislative and constitutional tools that restore balance: enforceable victim timelines, mandamus against unreasonable delay, specialized masters for complex cases—without weakening constitutional protections for the accused.
Property rights, due process, and the pursuit of happiness are empty if the mechanisms to vindicate them stay clogged or captured.
